Photocopying

Plain and colour photocopying is available. Instructions are posted near all equipment and desk staff will answer enquiries and offer assistance. In case of paper jams or other technical problems seek help from library staff.

How to Photocopy

La Trobe University Staff and Students are issued with a La Trobe Card. The card will provide access to a Transact La Trobe Account and value can be added by using one of the re-load machines in the Library or Business Building.

See Transact La Trobe for more details.

CAVAL and other library users may purchase a $2.00 rechargeable card for photocopying or printing from the Transact Card dispensing and reload machine. Please note the card number in the bottom left hand corner which you will need to provide in case of difficulties or loss of the card. If you wish to personalise the account so that it can be identified by the account name you give it rather than the number on the card, contact Bendigo Campus Graphics.

Damaged cards cannot be replaced by the Library. Problems with cards should be referred in the first instance to the Loans Desk.

The colour photocopier is transact card operated.
