Accessing Library Material from the Annexe
The relocation of Collections from the Borchardt Library to the Annexe at 666 Waterdale Road, is now complete.
To find out more about what has been moved (and why) have a look at this issue of UniNews, or visit the Bundoora Redevelopment Project website. You may find that the material you want is still available in the Library or can be accessed online.
We have outlined below how to access materials which are now located in the Annexe:
Journal articles: For online delivery of journal articles, complete the online Intercampus/ Annexe Request Form. When your request has been processed, you will receive an email with the attached article.
Books and journal volumes: For physical items, please enquire at the Inquiry or Loans desk at your campus library.
Books and journal volumes held at the Annexe are available for loan according to normal borrowing rules. (Student Borrowing, Staff Borrowing)
If you request material retrieval, it will be delivered to the requesting library’s “Hold” shelf.
Lecturers can request materials required for teaching programs to be returned to the Bundoora campus Library for inclusion in the Reserve Collection.
Delivery time: Physical items will normally be retrieved and returned to the “Hold” shelf in the Bundoora Reserve area within 24 hours, for pick up after 1pm. The 24 hour delivery time also applies to requests supplied online.
Material supplied to Albury-Wodonga and Bendigo libraries, will be delivered within 48 hours.
