Back to Booktown at Clunes
The heritage village of Clunes will be hosting ‘Back to Booktown‘ over the weekend of May 1st & 2nd.
Back to Booktown is the biggest collection of rare, out-of-print and second hand books in Australia. Over 60 booksellers from New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia gather in the historic village, turning it into a European style Booktown. Discover antique books, nostalgia and treasures.
There will also be free talks by guest writers, including:
Sonya Hartnett, Stefan Laszcsuk, Margaret Simons, Arnold Zable, Nigel Krauth, Malcolm Fraser, Toni Jordan, and Glenda Guest.
You can also have your precious books professionally appraised at the Book Roadshow.
There will be live music, street performances, exhibitions, food, and wine. For a full program and more information, visit the Back to Booktown website.
