New trial access to counselling & therapy resources
La Trobe Library has gained trial access to 2 new counseling and therapy resources from Alexander Street Press until 30 May:
- Counseling and Therapy in Video contains more than 300 hours of training videos, reenactments, and footage of actual therapy sessions conducted by renowned psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers. The videos are designed for training and continuing education, providing an invaluable first hand look at the realities of working with clients and the challenges associated with putting theoretical concepts into practice.

A friend of mine from Deakin showed this resource to me – it’s absolutely amazing to have access to so many videos and transcripts. I found this post through a websearch and I was wondering if it would be possible to setup another trial? I think our psychology students would find this immensely useful.
