Library Chat

Library Chat Comment

Just wanted to tell you guys that the “chat with a librarian” function on this website is AMAZING! i was really struggling to find a heap of articles I needed for an assignment, and a fellow student had told me about the live chat function…so I gave it a shot, spoke with the librarins who was just super dooper helpful, got me through the whole process of finding about five articles I had citations for on the lib website and completing a document delivery request. she was ridiculously helpful and hung around for about half an hour just chatting to me and making sure i had everything i needed. What a great service!!!! The only problem is I would NEVER have known about it if a colleague hadn’t mentioned it? I’m a fourth year physio student and I don’t spend a lot of time on campus anymore and knowing I can get help from someone who (unlike me) has a clue what they’re doing while I’m at home is invaluable. Let people know this optio n is there for them because it was AWESOME.
