New LibSearch mobile interface

LibSearch is now mobile friendly and searchable on most devices.

You can now access online Library resources via your mobile device. The following web browsers and mobile devices are supported:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer (MSIE 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0)
  • Firefox 3.0+
  • Safari 3.0+
  • iPhone 2.0+
  • BlackBerry 8500+ (JavaScript is required)
  • Android 1.0+
  • Chrome
  • iPad (coming soon!)

I cannot access the mobile site… using browser on Android 2.3.3 .

Hi Sameer,

Thank you for your comment on the library blog about not being able to access the LibSearch mobile site using your Android. If possible, we would appreciate it if you could come to the library and show us what is happening, as we are unable to test it ourselves.
If you are on campus, please come to the library Inquiries Desk and ask for either Lynette Brown, or Petrina Collingwood.

If you are not going to come to the Bundoora campus soon, can you explain exactly what is happening?
