New trial: Morgan and Claypool’s ebook/lecture digital libraries

We now have trial access to Morgan and Claypool’s two ebook/lecture digital libraries until 30 April:

Colloquium Digital Library of Life Sciences – This collection of 50- to 100-page lectures was launched by Morgan and Claypool in 2010 in the form of an ebook series dealing with topics in molecular and life sciences. The content is currently organised into five series: Biotechnology; Cell biology of medicine; The developing brain; Developmental biology; and Integrated systems physiology.

Synthesis Digital Library of Engineering and Computer Science – This collection of 50- to 250-page lectures was launched by Morgan and Claypool in 2005 in the form of an ebook series dealing with topics in electrical engineering, computer science, and bioengineering. Over 150 lectures are available in over 30 ebook subjects including: artificial intelligence, networks, electromagnetics, data mining, energy and the environment, human language technologies, multimedia processing, information security, mathematics and statistics, synthetic biology, technology entrepreneurship, web engineering, and more.
