Japan Manga and the World

This month we are featuring a special presentation on Manga, to celebrate our brand new Manga Collection (available in both the English and Japanese versions).  Asian Studies Lecturers, Lidia Tanaka and Kaori Okano will talk about the origins of Manga, how to read Manga, the different genres, and the current debates surrounding Manga in Japan.  Can reading  Manga really be harmful?
