The Government Publications Collection contains material published by various government departments on a wide variety of topics. Use the library catalogue to locate material held in the Government Publications Collection.
The material in the collection is arranged by country, and Australian material is further divided according to whether it is published by the federal government or by a state government. View some examples that illustrate the range of materials to be found in the collection. Also included are extensive collections of Hansard.
Items in the Government Publications Collection can be found on Level 1 of the Borchardt Library.
Some older, lesser used material is located in Government Publications Storage. This material is available upon request at the Inquiry Desk or by phoning (03) 9479 2937.
Collection times for storage items are:
During Semester; Monday - Friday, 10am, 2pm and 4pm.
Summer vacation; Monday - Friday, 10am and 3pm.
