How to Photocopy

La Trobe University Staff and Students are issued with a La Trobe Card, which provides access to a Transact La Trobe account. You can photocopy using credit on your Transact La Trobe account, add credit to the account using one of the reload machines in the library or elsewhere on campus. See Transact La Trobe for more details.

Visitors and CAVAL users may purchase a card for $2 which connects them to an account. This account has enough credit to photocopy three A4 sheets and is rechargeable. It can be used for both printing and photocopying. Please note the card number in the bottom left hand corner which you will need to provide in case of difficulties or loss of the card. If you wish to personalise the account so that it can be identified by the account name you give it rather than the number on the card, contact Cafe Digital.
