Research Skills

Present training and teaching on resources available via the Library including electronic databases and the Internet, how to choose the most appropriate resource and how to find relevant information.

Reference Service

Provide assistance to clients in finding information at the Information Desk, over the phone, through email, and via the Ask a Librarian Service.

Collection Development

Work closely with academic staff to purchase appropriate material for the Library’s collection to support the teaching and research of the University.
