This form is available for use by staff and students at Albury-Wodonga, Bendigo and Bundoora campuses to request audiovisual items located at Albury-Wodonga, Bendigo and Bundoora campuses with the catalogue status of Available.
Audiovisual material with the status: Due date, In Process, In Transit, or On Display can be requested by this form.
A maximum of 4 bookings is permitted for undergraduates and postgraduates. Staff may have up to 8 bookings.
City, Mildura and Shepparton campuses use Document Delivery for this service.
