Off-Air Recording Request Form

The following online form will enable you to request that the Library makes a copy of an off-air television or radio program to add to the Library AV collection.

Requests for weekend broadcasts should be submitted by 4:30pm the preceeding Friday.
Requests for weekday broadcasts should be submitted 24 hours prior to the broadcast.
