How to Book a Study Carrel from the Library Catalogue
Lockable single study carrels are available at the Bundoora Campus Library. Book online, phone or at the Inquiry Desk.
Please Note:
- Undergraduates have a maximum booking period of 4 hours.
Undergraduates are allowed 2 bookings at one time, 1 per day. - Postgraduates have a maximum booking period of 8 hours
Postgraduates are allowed 2 bookings at one time, 1 per day. - Study carrels are strictly for the use of one person, for silent study purposes.
1. Select "Book this material".
(Do not select the Carrel number you wish to book here.)
Selecting "View additional copies or search for a specific volume/copy" will show all 39 single Study Carrels.
2. Enter Username and password (these are used for StudentOnline, LMS and email etc) and Select "Submit"
3. Select Date and time. (Remember to select AM/PM.)Select "Submit"
4. Select a Study Carrel and then select "Submit" (This screen will only show study carrels available at booking time)
6. The following message shows successful booking. Select "OK"
Bookings can be viewed and cancelled from "My Library" on the library homepage
