Find Audiovisual Material
Videos, CDs, DVDs, etc
Many other types of material in the Library can be found through the Library catalogue using the Material Type drop down menu.
This menu is available as a pre-limit with a Keyword search or a post-limit after other search options.
Keyword Search
- Choose Advanced Search from the Library home page
- Type in a general term, eg: john ford
- Then select Video from the Material Type drop down menu.
Other Search Options
You can use the Title, Author or Subject.
- Type the exact TITLE or the exact first few words of the title, eg: The Grapes of Wrath
- Type a SUBJECT, eg : western movies
- Type an AUTHOR, eg: spielberg, s
Then when you have a list or results, select 
and select DVD/ Video or Audio Music or Audio Other from the Material Type drop down menu.
