These names will need to be corrected manually after import. For example: "Jacobs-Institute-of-Women's-Health" will be imported as: "Jacobs, Institute of Women's Health" The correct entry in the Author field should be: "Jacobs Institute of Women's Health," (notice placement of comma) In "Book" records, the city information (and sometimes page info) cannot be separated from the publisher. All items are imported into the Publisher field. In "Book Section" records, the publisher/city/pages information sometimes cannot be separated from the book title. In this case, all items are imported into the Book Title field. In "Report" records, the city information (and sometimes page info) cannot be separated from the institution. All items are imported into the Institution field. Edited books are not differentiated from book records in Ageline. In fact, all contributors other than authors are listed in the AU: tag with parenthetical notation for "(Ed)" or "(Comp)". The filter will place author parenthetical information in the Notes field. Check "Book" records for "(Ed)" in the Notes field and manually change the Reference Type: to "Edited Book", as necessary.
