Japan
The Japan Patent Office
The Japanese Patent Office offers free access to several English language databases.
PAJ (Patent Abstracts of Japan) is a database of bibliographic data, patent abstracts, drawings and legal status information from January 1993.
Japanese Trademarks & Japanese Well Known Trademarks can be searched for trademarks (defensive mark, appeal/court decision) and bibliographic data.

Poland
Polish Patent Office (Ars Patent)
Provides a bibliographical search facility for the Polish Patent Office's in-house databases of patents (since 1979), utility models (since 1979) and trademarks. Search Polish patents, Polish utility models , Polish trademarks, International trademarks, i.e. international registrations of marks made under the Madrid Agreement. Some databases required user registration prior to searching. In Polish and English.

Russian Federation

World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is an international organization dedicated to promoting the use and protection of works of the human spirit.
With headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, WIPO is one of the 16 specialized agencies of the United Nations system of organizations. It administers 21 international treaties dealing with different aspects of intellectual property protection. The Organization counts 177 nations as member states.
