Information about the Bundoora Service Desks, May 2007 Podcast Transcript

When you enter the Library you will notice two service desks. The Inquiry Desk, which is closest to the entrance, is the place to go for general library assistance.

The staff at this desk will be able to help you with questions about borrowing, paying fines, quick catalogue queries and carrel bookings.

The Research Help Desk is where you go for help with assignments and all your research needs.

Sessions on library skills and how to use databases are offered throughout the year. You can visit the Library’s training web page for more details, or simply ask the staff at the Research Help Desk.
