  • 2 items may be borrowed at a time.
  • Only La Trobe University students and staff may borrow items from the Reserve Collection.
  • The loan period for general material from the Print Reserve area is 3 hours.
  • Items at Albury-Wodonga, Bundoora and Bendigo may be taken outside the Library for the duration of the loan. The loan period starts from the exact time an item is borrowed.

Bookings for Albury-Wodonga Reserve only

Students may book Reserve material for loan. Bookings can be made via the Library Catalogue.

Bookings for Bendigo Reserve only

Students may book Reserve material for loan. In order to do this, details of the item (including the item's full call number) should be presented to the Loans Desk, along with your Library Card.

Loan Conditions

All students and staff must have their student/staff card with them in order to borrow. The person to whom the loan is made is solely responsible for the safekeeping and due return of the item. Loans will only be issued to the valid card owner. All items must be returned by the due time. Failure to do so unfairly inconveniences other borrowers.

Fines

Overdue Reserve items accrue fines of $2.50 for any time up to the 1st hour late. A $1 is then charged for each additional hour late. This includes overnight loans that are not returned by the next Library opening time.
