Services for People with Disabilities
The Library aims to provide the assistance necessary to maximise the accessibility of library resources and facilities for students with either a temporary or permanent disability.
New clients with disabilities who consider they may experience difficulty in using the Library's facilities and require special services should contact the Equality and Diversity Centre Coordinator at your Campus.
Library Staff Contact
To discuss special requirements or organise arrangements in advance of arriving in the Library, you can contact the Loans/Inquiry Desk at your campus Library.
Library Staff Help
Library staff can organise services such as retrieval of items from shelves, arrangements for extended loan periods or computer access time and assistance with enlargement of photocopies.
Clients need to make arrangements in advance if assistance is needed in addition to the general help provided to everyone from the service desks.
