Bologna, Civico Museo Bibliografico Musicale Q 11 (olim Conservatorio di Musica G. B. Martini)

A 14th-century manuscript apparently originating in a central Italian convent. The contents are very varied and include Alleluias, tropes, sequences, motets, and pieces for the Mass Ordinary, mostly in square unmeasured 13th-century notation. 10 polyphonic works are listed in Part 1.
