A 12th or 13th-century Gradual from the S. Domenico Monastery in Bologna. There is a surprising late 14th-century addition in a space on the last folio: the Cantus of an anonymous ballata `Questa fan{ula Da amor', whose musical incipit differs from Francesco Landini's ballata of the same name.
