Berlin, Staatsbibliothek Preussischer Kulturbesitz (olim Deutsche Staatsbibliothek lat. 4.523)

The corpus is a 13th-century Latin treatise on grammar attributed to Donatus. The musical flyleaves at each end once formed a complete bifolio and contain 13th-century organa. A surprising addition is the 14th-century ballata `L'adorno viso' by Franciscus Reynaldus on f.21v.
