A single folio from a typical 14thC motet manuscript similar to I-IV, used to strengthen the binding of an incunabulum containing sermons by Hugo da Prato. 1 work of Philippe de Vitry, 1 Motetus fragment, and 1 motet attributed to Machaut (erroneous).
