London, Westminster Abbey 12185

A household account book of the 15th century, with a large bifolio of 14th century music used as a cover. There are 5 motets in mainly Petronian notation, of which nos. 2 and 3 contain pure examples of Doncastre and John of Garlandia notation respectively.
