Rome, Biblioteca Apostolica Vaticana, Ottoboniano latino 1969

2 folios from an early 15thC ms. of sacred music, once used as covers, now bound into the corpus as front folios, of a 16thC ms. There is an illegible fragment, perhaps a ballade, and 2 Credos, one by Taillandier concordant in Apt.
