location unknown, Maggs Rotulus (Photographic copy made for Maggs Bros. catalogue 476 in 1926).

A parchment rotulus discovered in a binding c. 1926. Its present whereabouts is not known. It contains only 1 musical work: Machaut's `Lay mortel'. Schrade dated it c.1450 sight unseen, Fallows 77 believes it to be earlier.
