A 13thC Gradual from Stary Sacz, with a 14thC 2-part `Jube domine' bound in at a later date on f.183v/184v. There are also 23 fragments from a motet ms. of the 13th or 14thC used as wrapping; Perz has reconstructed 7 motets.
