Worcester, Cathedral Library, Additional 68, fragment xxxv

A number of leaves from the Worcester
fragments. Folio 26v contains two motets in honour
of the Virgin, both of which are palimpsests over
erased music. Folio 26 contains two 13th century
motets which continue on from folio 25v of
GB-Ob862 (q.v.). Folio 26v is by the same hand as the palimpsest motet "Lingua peregrina" in GB-Ob 862. "Conditio nature" is included as an earlier concordance of the French motet in the Fauvel manuscript F-Pn 146.
